Qualifications:
Chemical Engineer and Marine Engineer.

Risk analysis (project, organization, technology) – qualitative and quantitative, process, HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, SIL, consequence modeling, fire-gas dispersion-explosion, accident investigation and training.
